As we know, with each new graphics cards series they introduce, NVIDIA tends to release their high-end models first, and shortly after its mid-level and low-end models.
The latest generation of this company’s graphics card consists of three models, GTX TITAN, GTX 780 and GTX 770. And now the fourth member, GTX 760, will soon be released. However, against all logic, NVIDIA would have opted for not releasing any model for the 700 series, which would mean we won’t see a model inferior to the GTX 760 for the rest of the year.
If this is confirmed, many users that waiting for the GTX 760 Ti and GTX 750 will have to either look for a new model in the 600 series, or wait until next year, when Nvidia will likely release the mid-level model.
After that, it’s just a matter of time until AMD shows its Radeon HD 8000 series. As you know, without competition, there’s no innovation nor Price competitions, which affects the consumer.
