Samsung’s S7 monitor series welcomes its two newest members: the SC770, with a 24-inch panel, FullHD resolution (1920 x 1080) and multi-touch technology with 10 detection points. It has a contrast of 1000:1, angle of view of 178 degrees and a maximum luminosity of 250 cd/m2. It features support for MHL via USB, so you can transmit video directly from a mobile device, and two 3W speakers.
Then, we have the SC750, with two variations: S24C750 (24 inches), and S27C750P (27 inches), both with a 1920 x 1080 resolution. None of these feature touch support, and their specs are identical to the SC770’s, except for the 27-inch model’s luminosity, which increases to 300 cd/m2.
Al these new S7 series monitors feature a MVA panel (Multi-Domain Vertical Alignment) with a response time of 5ms, a technology that improves TN panels, but without providing a quality equivalent to the AH-IPS, which can outperform in response time. Its angle of view is also greater than the TN.
