ASRock 970M Pro3: a Micro-ATX Motherboard for AM3+ socket

After announcing an interesting Fatal1ty 970 Performance, we now have another motherboard for socket AM3+, the ASRock 970M Pro3, based on the same AMD 970 + SB950 chipset, but it comes at a Micro-ATX format, as the socket is backed by 4 + 1 VRM power phases giving access to CPUs with a TDP of up to 125W, which means to use all AMD FX CPUs except for the 9000 series due to its high consumption.

It is powered by a 24-pin ATX connector, an 8-pin EPS that offers a PCI-Express 2.0 x16 slot, one PCIe 2.0 x16 (x4), one PCIe 2.0 x1, PC, four DIM slots of DDR3-2400 MHz (OC), six SATA III 6.0 Gbps ports, an HD 7.1 channel audio with ELNA (Realtek ALC892) capacitors, Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, four USB 3.0 ports (2x head) and an UEFI BIOS.
